Thank you for shopping with Natalia's Couture. Below you’ll find important information about our shipping process.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.


International Shipping

We do not ship Internationally. 


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.

  • We are happy to assist with carrier claims when possible.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.
